Dr Chris Ross
Lead Performance Consultant
Dr Chris Ross is a former GB athlete with over 20 years of experience working with international performers. With a PhD in Sports Science, Chris specialises in designing strength and conditioning programmes that maximise performance while minimising injury risk.
